Overview & Experience

Ovayo offers comprehensive assistance with corporate governance matters in Lesotho including company registrations, changes in directors, share transfers and allotments, VAT and PAYE registration, tax clearance certificates, trade license applications, and filing of annual reports/returns. She also manages filing and amendments of Articles of Incorporation.

Ovayo completed a Diploma in Office Management and Technology as well as a B-tech in Business Administration. She is currently completing an LLB degree through the University of South Africa.

Ovayo started her career at Webbers Attorneys in Bloemfontein as a legal secretary in debt collection for National Real Estate Bloemfontein and later moved to the commercial department.

She joined Mayet & Associates Inc in 2020 and assists in the Appeals department.
